Last updated October 31, 2026

This notice describes how Torpedo Publishing LLC (“Torpedo Publishing,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information on torpedopublishing.com (the “Site”). Our other sites, including punitdhillon.com and the Mind Club sites, have their own privacy policies.

What we collect

When you send a proposal through the Site, we collect your name, your organization, the kind of proposal and the title it concerns, your message, your email address and, if you add one, a link.

The Site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising tags, web beacons or browser storage. Our web host keeps standard log files, which record actions on the Site and include your IP address, browser type, referring and exit pages, and date and time stamps.

How we use it

We use your proposal only to review it, to reply to you and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell your personal information. We use log files to keep the Site secure and running.

Sharing

Proposals reach us through Formspree, a third-party form service that forwards them to us by email. We may also share personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Data retention

We delete each proposal 365 days after we receive it, or sooner if you ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and to have it corrected, updated or deleted. If you are a European resident, we process your information to pursue our legitimate interest in reviewing and answering proposals, and your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to the United States. To make a request, write to us through the proposal form or by mail at the address below.

Changes

We may update this notice from time to time to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
